The Many Faces of Marfans
This picture was taken at one of our MA Chapter of the NMF "Heart to Heart" meetings in 2007. We meet quarterly to discuss and share anything and everything Marfan related. As you can see by looking at my fellow Marf's, there are many different faces of Marfans. This shows that many people who are affected by Marfans don't fit the tall, thin, gangly stereotypes that is commonly portrayed. All the more reason to be watchful in all medical areas of practice.
